This is by far one of the best eyeliners I have ever used! It really is waterproof - and does not have to be re-applied several times a day. Totally worth the money, since one application takes you through the entire day!. I love my MAC Smolder eyeliner to death but this is definitely giving it some competition. It only costs $8 dollars, it really shows up well on my dark skin and I love the smudge brush on the end. I use this eyeliner to line the top of my lids and on my waterline. It makes my smokey eye looks so fierce!!!!!!!!!!!!!
