New Haircut

After waiting two long months because of my work schedule. I finally made to the hair salon to get a haircut. The weather is starting to break and I don't like alot of hair on my head. I really wanted to cut down on the sides and the back but it she cut it shorter all over. I love going to my stylist because she always give me a nice cut that looks good curled or flat. Partners in Pretty Collab with Girl Talk

My first time really doing a video/slideshow. I just wanted to show girls not to be afraid of color. If I can wear red, purple, black, orange or nude looks so can you.

Face of the Day: Clubbing

For this look I was inspired by Makeup by Shayla on Instagram. Last week, she posted a look using Club eyeshadow over top of Blacktrack eyeliner. I loved the way it came out so I decided to do my version of it. Instead of using Blacktrack, I used a jumbo black eyeliner from Sephora. I then placed Club eyeshadow on top on my lid. In my crease I used Swiss Chocolate, Saddle and Handwritten eyeshadows. For my brow highlight, I used Brule just to give it a a subtle pop. I concealed with the Mac concealer palette in Dark, which is amaze balls by the way. I used Makeup Forever Pro Finish powders for my foundation and to set my highlight. I contoured with the Sleek Contour Kit with NW58 Studio Fix Powder. On my lips, I have on Cherish lipstick with chestnut liner. I hope you enjoyed this look, I loved it and will rock it again soon.

Partners in Pretty: Wet and Wild Week (Lips)

Last week myself and other members of the Partners in Pretty (PIP) wore various lipsticks by Wet n Wild. One Monday, each member wore Stoplight Red to show how you can wear the same color but it looks different on everyone. For the others day, we free styled wearing the lip color of our choice. Stepping out the box: Orange Lips

I was challenged by my good friend and blogging buddy @yummy411 to wear a lip that wasn't in my comfort zone. My comfort zone consists of red, pink and purple lipsticks.
